July 2026 Kendama Drops: 107 New Models, and Two-Thirds Are Still In Stock
July 2026 brought 107 new kendama drops across 18 manufacturers, according to damapig.com catalog data. Sweets Kendamas led with 17 new models, Kendama USA followed close behind with 15, and Mugen Musou put out 12 colorways in a single release. The bigger story is what happened after release: 70 of those 107 July drops are still in stock in early August, a near-total reversal from June, when only a third of the month's drops survived six weeks on the shelf.
Counts here treat each distinct model as one drop. A new colorway is its own drop, but pack sizes, complete-ken-tama formats, and wood options of the same design are grouped together, so the 107 figure is lower than a raw listing count. New Kendama Drops in July 2026 by the Numbers
July outpaced June's 90 models and closed in on March's record 125, based on damapig's drop tracking. Eighteen manufacturers put out product, three more than June's 15, and the top three (Sweets, Kendama USA, Mugen Musou) accounted for 44 of the 107 drops. Pricing skewed slightly cheaper than June: the median new model cost $45.00, matching the first half's overall median exactly, while June's median ran $49.99.
Complete kendamas dominated the mix even more than usual. Damapig logged 80 completes among the 107 drops, 12 kens, 11 tamas, 3 bundles, and one accessory. That is a heavier lean toward full setups than June, when completes made up just under half of the month. Thirty-six drops landed in the $40 to $59 band, 27 sat at $25 to $39, and only six cleared $90.
Notable Drops in July 2026
Occult Kendamas' Surprise Splice #1 and its twin, Surprise Splice #2, topped the month at $125 each, a pair of mystery kens sold blind and both already sold out. Sol Kendamas' SWJP Camo Kendama followed at $102, also gone. The same SWJP camo collab colorway showed up again at Kendama Co, whose SWJP Camo Shenzhu sold for $65 and has since sold out too.
JAC KENDAMA's Originz x JAC collaboration produced two $99 completes, the Core Shape and Tani Shape, both sold out. Grain Theory split the difference between its ceiling and its bread and butter: The 90's GT-3 Setups bundle hit $90 and sold out, while the GTxCHEMS 1696 line at $89.99 in Baby Blue, Red, and Yellow stayed in stock through early August.
At the value end, One Kendama's Running Dood complete at $69.99 and its Chapter V Mod at the same price both remained available, and Sweets Kendamas' SPLICE XI at $64.99 held stock too. One Kendama's Bold Series run of four colorways, Orange, Green, Blue, and Purple at $64.99 each, sold through Kendama Depot and mostly stayed on shelves.

Eighteen manufacturers show up in July once you credit makers instead of the shops that stock them. Kendama Depot moved 45 of July's SKUs on behalf of other brands, split between Cereal Kendama and One Kendama, so those drops are attributed below to the makers that actually built them.
Sweets Kendamas
Sweets Kendamas led July with 17 distinct models, 10 of them still in stock. The SWEETS RETRO line ran deep, with Blue Dream, Green Dream, Purple Dream, and Red Dream completes at $49.99 apiece, plus a Cement Splatter colorway at $44.99. The HORIZON FADE series added three more finishes, Bellwave, Lizard, and Fog, at $44.99 each. Sweets also shipped two OZORA REShape5 completes at $59.99, continuing the traditional Japanese brand's push into Western retail that started back in May.
Kendama USA
Kendama USA put out 15 models, 14 of them still available. The Kaizen Natural line spanned three shapes, Fusion, Jet, and Nexus, each offered in bamboo and rubberwood at $29.99 to $34.99, plus a Nexus Pure Blank in beech at $24.99 and a Saga Pure Blank in rubberwood at $19.99. Seven Kaizen tama-only colorways rounded out the month at $24.99 each, alongside three premium maple ken-only pieces in the same three shapes.
Mugen Musou
Mugen Musou released 12 completes in a single day, split between the Hiroshima Like series (Momiji Red, Peace Green, Sakura Pink, Setouchi Blue) and the RAINBOW series (eight colors from Blue to Yellow), all priced at $35. It was the most concentrated release of the month, one maker covering a full spread of colorways in one push.
Cereal Kendama
Cereal Kendama posted 10 distinct colorways in July, most reaching buyers through reseller Kendama Depot rather than Cereal's own site. Blue Mist, Blueberry Fade, Grape Fade, Lavender Mist, Mc Dama, Mint Mist, Retro Dama, and Sunrise Fade each came in complete, ken-only, and tama-only formats at $29.99 to $60.00. Cereal also shipped a standalone Retro colorway direct from its own site, and a Ginn Mod complete that Cereal itself labeled with the color name Hamon. Only four of the 10 colorways remained in stock by early August, closer to June's pattern than the rest of the month.
Kendama Depot's Own Line, One Kendama, and the Rest
Kendama Depot is best known as a reseller, but its own STOCK line put out 8 models in July too, plain-finish completes, tamas, and one ken in black, orange, pink, purple, and two natural grain counts, all $14.99 to $29.99 and all in stock. One Kendama added 8 models of its own beyond the Bold Series, including the Walk Volcano and Running Dood completes with matching ken and tama SKUs.
OKendama shipped six Revo GO Splatter colorways at $61.95, all in stock, all sold direct at okendama.com. Winner Kendamas added five gecko paint tama-only pieces at $45 to $51, three of them still available. Locked Studios released five pro model completes and tamas at $25 to $55, all of which sold out. Kimball Kendama put out its SêaTäQ Cleared Ken in two shapes, K1 and K2, across four wood and weight combinations at $35, none currently in stock. KROM Kendama listed a single Danish drop, the SD3 Eclipse ID at $55.
Where July's Drops Reached Players
Kendama Depot again functioned as both reseller and manufacturer in July. Of the 59 SKUs it listed, 45 belonged to other makers, mostly Cereal's ken and tama variants and One Kendama's Bold Series and Walk Volcano lines, while 14 were Kendama Depot's own house-brand STOCK completes and tamas. That dual role means a Cereal kendama bought through Kendama Depot counts toward Cereal in the totals above, not toward the reseller.
Most other July activity ran direct from the maker's own storefront. Sweets, Kendama USA, Mugen Musou, OKendama, Grain Theory, and Winner all sold their July drops on their own sites, a wider spread of direct-to-player volume than June saw.

Kendama Restocks July 2026
Damapig's drop tracking logged 212 restock events in July across 14 brands, well above June's 47. Sweets Kendamas led restock activity with 83 events, KROM Kendama followed with 52, and Mugen Musou logged 36. KROM's restocks included the KOLOR series in yellow and blue at $50 each. Grain Theory brought back the KN-1 Flower Kaito Nakajima Pro Model at $59.99, and Sol restocked the Nowa Pro Model at $59.99. Mugen Musou's restocks brought back the INFINITY 8 Ball at $91.
Trends and Patterns
- The sold-out picture flipped from June. June kept only 32 of 90 drops in stock past six weeks. July has 70 of 107 still available in early August, a stock rate nearly double June's.
- Sweets and Kendama USA carried the month. Together they accounted for 32 of July's 107 drops, and 24 of those 32 remain in stock.
- Completes crowded out components. Eighty of 107 July drops were full kendamas, a 75% share versus June's 49%, when tamas and kens made up a much larger slice of the month.
- Cereal was the exception to July's in-stock trend. Only 4 of Cereal's 10 July colorways are still available, closer to the sellout pace the brand set in June.
- Kendama Depot kept its dual identity. The reseller moved 45 SKUs for Cereal and One Kendama while also shipping 8 models under its own STOCK house brand.
Price Watch
July's cheapest drops were Against the Grain's STRANGS string accessory at $4.20 and Erratic Squirrel's Goblin Ken at $14.99. Complete kendamas started at $19.99 for Kendama USA's Saga Pure Blank. The ceiling held at $125, set by Occult's mystery Surprise Splice kens, with only six drops clearing $90 across the entire month. For players on a budget, Kendama Depot's STOCK line and Kendama USA's Pure Blank completes were July's best entry points, both under $25.
